Any club wishing to have any item placed on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting in June, must forward these details in writing to the Hon. Secretary (Cathy Hunt) and to arrive not later than Saturday 30th April 2011.

Any item received after this date will not be considered for this meeting.

A representative from the club will also have to propose and expand on the reason for any item included on the Agenda.
