It is now confirmed that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st June 2011 at 7.15pm.

All clubs must ensure that they have at least one representative at this meeting, but each club is entitled to have two to vote.

Members of the management committee which includes officials and committee member as listed in the hand book are not allowed to represent their club and vote in their own right.
