All clubs should now be aware that a major change has been made regarding the number of players in a team.

It was agreed that a team will now consist of six players (three ladies, three men) and will play the same mode of play as that used in the Cup Competitions used this year.

A number of clubs have already shown interest in that they may increase the number of teams that they will register this season. Also a number of outside clubs have shown interest.

For the first time, it has also been agreed that there will be “setting” in all league matches. The rule changes to this and the mode of play will be fully shown in the new handbook, which is expected early in September.
