The committee have agreed that the mode of play for the coming season will be the same as currently being used in the league programme.

The only difference being, that as the competition is handicapped, there will be NO “setting”.

Handicaps will be made as in previous years, but will not be revealed prior to the start of a match. If clubs wish to know the handicap for each match and the result after the match has been completed, you will be able to ring Jean, and she will advise which side receives the handicap.

However, the final result will not be declared until the score sheet has been returned and checked, so the information given is subject to confirmation. Alternatively you can wait until the results published weekly will show the final score including the given handicap.
