Late Score Sheets
Friday, 14 October 2011 07:34

As from now any score sheet arriving late will see the club fined £5 for each late score sheet. It was brought to the attention of the committee at their recent meeting that a match played during the previous week, showed that the score sheet had not been posted until Monday of the following week.

A suggestion has been made that if clubs wish to use a third party to deliver their score sheet to the Fixtures Secretary such as the Royal Mail, they should attach a first class stamp and place in a local letterbox as they leave the match. Postmarks and dates will be noted and if posted late Jean will be in contact with you.
