Dress Code -  (Rule 8E – page 51/52 in the handbook)

A number of clubs have remarked on the dress code being used by several players when playing in Badminton matches.

One of several remarks has been the use of tracksuits (bottoms and tops) and other overclothing. If there are certain circumstances, i.e. medical, ethnic etc., when overclothing is required, it is suggested that before a match commences the two captains agree on the strategy to be used.

All clubs and players are urged to read this rule in the current handbook. At the next meeting of the Management Committee, this item will be discussed.
