Any Club who wishes to make a rule change proposal must submit that rule change to Jean Wilson or Claire Banfield before the end of April 2018.
The times cup final will be held at Norden School on Wednesday April 25th, starting at 8:00PM.

The John Culshaw Tournament is a handicapped team tournament with an aim to raise money for charity.
Teams consist of 2 men and 2 ladies and will cost £7.50 per player with plenty of games throughout the day.
This tournament is available to all players, whether registered with a league or not.
To enter the tournament or for further information, please email Claire Edmundson on email@example.com with details of your team including team name, players and, if applicable, the league, team and division they play in no later than 17th April.
The Presentation Evening will be held on Friday, 18th May, at Blackburn Golf Club. The evening will start at 7pm, to be seated by 7.30pm.
There will be a substantial carvery buffet at a subsidised cost of £12 per adult and £6 per under-18. Various entertainments will also be provided!

For this season the following junior tournaments are available:
Under 18s handicap tournament (for players registered in the Blackburn and District Badminton League only). Players must be born on or before 31st August 2000.
- Boys singles
- Girls singles
- Boys doubles
- Girls doubles
- Mixed doubles
In an effort to encourage junior players to enter tournaments, the League have agreed to contribute to the cost of the event. As such, each event will be £3 per player. Entries must be submitted by email to Claire.email@example.com no later than Wednesday 28th February. If you are entering the under 18s doubles event, please also state your partners name.
Please note, whilst you can pay for the tournament on the day, if you decide you can no longer play, you will still need to pay the entry fee.
In December 2016, the Committee decided that all costs (ie court hire and shuttles) were to be split between the two teams involved.
So each cup game will have costs split between the two teams.
